Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive B2C growth by generating home healthcare business through doctors, hospitals, and offline channels
• Execute brand building activities and manage customer retention strategies
• Finalize and manage home healthcare partnerships
• Drive B2B growth through corporate tie-ups, medical rooms, teleconsultations, and ambulance services
• Develop and expand the ambulance network
• Organize webinars, health talks, and lead health check-ups for corporate clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex tasks and multi-task
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work proactively with minimal guidance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
