Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities with mining and minerals companies across Indonesia
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities within the mining and minerals sector
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and value-based sales engagements with clients
• Develop account strategies for key mining customers and strategic prospects
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade events, and networking opportunities
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts within the CRM system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Engineering, Geology, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
• Experience working with mining companies or within the mining technology/software sector
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Working proficiency in both Bahasa and English
