Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle within your assigned area of responsibility
• Independently acquire new customers for our security solutions
• Design and implement a sustainable sales plan in line with company strategy
• Take responsibility for achieving growth targets in your territory
• Collaborate closely with various internal departments within a matrix structure
• Engage in networking activities to generate new business leads

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable sales position
• Strong sales drive and a winning mentality
• Strategic thinking and target-oriented communication skills
• High level of customer and service orientation
• Strong interest in and knowledge of security technology
