About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the service sales portfolio in Perth with a focus on recovering units back into the portfolio
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of service sales to meet business development targets
- Negotiate with existing contracted customers and manage contract negotiations
- Prepare and submit professional tenders
- Identify market opportunities to promote Schindler services and collaborate with Operations teams to ensure high levels of customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role
- Track record of delivering consistent performance and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Experience selling services to property management companies, strata corporations, or building owners
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence industry experts and key stakeholders
- Strong time management and planning skills
