Business Development Manager - Retail Mortgages

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for retail mortgage products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
• Engage in direct sales of home loans and mortgages to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to align on strategies and share market insights.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with all relevant banking rules and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales of home loans and mortgages.
• At least 1 year of banking experience (local or international).
• Proficiency in Arabic is essential.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
