Responsibilities
- Develop and enlarge the sales pipeline based on new clients, new market and new product
- Maintain existing clients with smooth communication and efficient supporting
- Achieve annual targets for the team and individual
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences
- Network with peers to generate new business
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales and key account performance
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, forums, and workshops
- Assist with technical and commercial proposals during tendering stages
- Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the TIC industry (Softline, hardline, or electrical products)
- Knowledge of international quality and safety standards for testing
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel frequently nationwide
