Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and enlarge the sales pipeline based on new clients, new markets, and new products
• Maintain existing clients through smooth communication and efficient support
• Achieve annual sales targets for the team and individual performance
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Act as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences
• Network with industry peers to generate new business
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales and key account performance
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, forums, and workshops
• Assist with technical and commercial proposals during the tendering stage
• Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry
• Experience with Softline, hardline, or electrical products
• Knowledge of international quality and safety standards
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the country
