Responsibilities

  • Act as the link between customers and skilled workers
  • Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts provided by the sales team
  • Ensure customers receive applications and maintain contact with both applicants and companies
  • Build close relationships with customers to act as a growth partner
  • Collaborate daily with the General Manager and Engineering team to improve processes and systems
