Business Development Manager - Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified partnership opportunities through outbound campaigns, conferences, and research
• Lead end-to-end deal cycles including recruitment, discovery, negotiation, and contract execution
• Own partner activation by launching co-marketing campaigns and referral initiatives
• Develop partner-facing materials such as training decks and sales collateral
• Monitor partner performance and optimize referral volume and conversion rates
• Identify and execute reactivation opportunities with dormant partners
• Represent Ownwell at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management
• Proven track record of prospecting, closing deals, and driving revenue
• Experience in B2B2C or channel partnership models
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, proptech, fintech, or property management
