Business Development Manager/Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand team capabilities and drive revenue growth through proactive client and partner engagement.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to support company expansion.
• Independently manage partner and client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty, and account potential through upselling and cross-selling.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer information, sales leads, and progress.
• Partner with marketing and technical teams to design impactful sales materials and proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Proven experience selling cybersecurity assessment services is required.
• Familiarity with SaaS-based services and a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and proposal creation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or ISO27001 LA.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
