Business Development Manager/Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with key distributors and develop joint go-to-market (GTM) plans
• Identify emerging trends and business opportunities within the Taiwan GenAI Security landscape
• Manage a strong sales pipeline, including competitive analysis, negotiation, and contract drafting
• Develop and execute partnership business plans to expand the regional ecosystem
• Onboard new strategic partners and facilitate contract negotiations in collaboration with Legal and Risk teams
• Represent the company at industry events and webinars to act as a brand ambassador
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to the product development team to inform the roadmap

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the tech or cybersecurity industry
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Deep understanding of Taiwan business culture and local market nuances
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment
