Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial development and strategy by conducting market and competitive intelligence.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including leads and prospects.
• Manage the tender process by identifying calls for tender and participating in the preparation of commercial offers (pricing, scheduling, and deliverables).
• Support the Department Director in client relations by preparing presentations and attending client meetings.
• Maintain and structure the CRM database and implement commercial tracking tools such as dashboards and KPIs.
• Provide regular reporting to management regarding progress, priorities, and alerts.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist or Environment) with a focus on business development, or a Business School degree with a strong interest in technical industries.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical service sectors (e.g., decontamination, waste management, industrial cleaning, or sanitation).
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English.
• Full mobility and willingness to travel internationally for business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an international business environment.
