Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with senior management to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new client relationships and project opportunities within the concrete construction industry.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients during bid proposals, pre-qualification submittals, and contract negotiations.
• Evaluate upcoming project opportunities to assess feasibility, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Monitor the status of all bid proposals and provide regular updates to the Director of Operations and key personnel.
• Support marketing and branding initiatives, including trade shows and corporate communications.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary company information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of business development experience specifically within the concrete construction industry (light and structural commercial concrete).
• Proven knowledge of the marine construction industry.
• Strong business acumen and technical proficiency.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing work priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
