Responsibilities

  • Build new business by identifying and building real relationships with Realtors, real estate teams, and JV partners through outreach and in-person events
  • Evaluate new opportunities and turn prospect conversations into long-term partnerships
  • Hit and exceed sales goals by managing pipeline and following through on leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and results
  • Act as a visible market presence by attending networking events and industry functions
  • Stay informed on industry trends, title and escrow products, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience within title and escrow services
  • Proven success in new client acquisition and expansion of repeat business
  • Demonstrated strength in negotiation and relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
