Responsibilities
- Build new business by identifying and building real relationships with Realtors, real estate teams, and JV partners through outreach and in-person events
- Evaluate new opportunities and turn prospect conversations into long-term partnerships
- Hit and exceed sales goals by managing pipeline and following through on leads
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and results
- Act as a visible market presence by attending networking events and industry functions
- Stay informed on industry trends, title and escrow products, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience within title and escrow services
- Proven success in new client acquisition and expansion of repeat business
- Demonstrated strength in negotiation and relationship management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic, results-oriented mindset
