About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, qualify, and manage a healthy pipeline of business opportunities across priority markets.
- Engage prospective customers and strategic partners through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Own and progress sales opportunities from initial qualification through to proposal and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to develop competitive customer proposals and presentations.
- Support contract discussions and commercial negotiations alongside leadership.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform commercial strategy.
- Identify follow-on business, expansion opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of business development, sales, account management, or commercial experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.
- Proven experience in proposal, bid, or tender preparation.
- Strong commercial judgement and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and finance.
- International or cross-cultural business experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the aerospace, space, or advanced technology industries.
- Experience working with government, defense, or enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with CRM and opportunity management tools.
- Experience working within the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
- Understanding of technical products or engineering-led solutions.
