Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE oil & gas and industrial sectors
• Promote company services including Oilfield Facilities support, TPI services, Mechanical Integrity solutions, and Dimensional Control activities
• Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids, proposals, and quotations
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client accounts
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities in the UAE region
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate proposal submissions
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals in line with company objectives
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Business Development
• At least 5 years of experience in the UAE market
• Strong experience in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically in Oilfield Facilities, Third-Party Inspection (TPI), Mechanical Integrity, and Dimensional Control
• Proven experience in Bid Management and Quotation preparation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• In-depth knowledge of UAE market and industry standards
