Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the Andean BU pricing strategy, including revenue growth management (RGM) and elasticity analysis.
• Develop and manage strategic dashboards to monitor key commercial KPIs such as revenue, margin, and NPS.
• Implement and oversee the regional CRM strategy, ensuring effective adoption and pipeline governance.
• Drive sales force effectiveness by defining commercial KPIs and developing incentive programs.
• Lead digital commercial development and e-commerce growth strategies for the Andean BU.
• Act as a regional PMO for strategic commercial projects and market intelligence initiatives.
• Automate reporting and analytical processes to promote a data-driven decision-making culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial strategy, pricing, financial planning, or business intelligence.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Proven experience building analytical models and utilizing BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and CRM platforms (Dynamics or similar).
• Strong expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and pricing strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or MBA with a focus on Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Commercial Management.
• Experience working within multicountry environments or global matrix organizations.
• Experience leading digital transformation or CRM implementation initiatives.
