About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the sales force (Agencies/FTC) in promoting Indoor Climate systems to technical studios
- Provide technical training to disseminate product knowledge and quality characteristics
- Collaborate with the sales force to acquire new projects, clients, and designers
- Manage direct contacts with major design studios to close opportunities
- Identify market needs and provide feedback for product range development
- Provide technical support on construction sites for system definition and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Technical background and experience in the hydro-thermo-sanitary and Indoor Climate sectors
- Excellent technical knowledge of Indoor Climate systems
- Customer orientation towards retailers, installers, thermotechnicians, and architectural studios
- Ability to work towards qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Strong information gathering and research skills to support product development
- Ability to develop professional contacts and build relationships with market actors
