About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales force (Agencies/FTC) in promoting Indoor Climate systems to technical studios
  • Provide technical training to disseminate product knowledge and quality characteristics
  • Collaborate with the sales force to acquire new projects, clients, and designers
  • Manage direct contacts with major design studios to close opportunities
  • Identify market needs and provide feedback for product range development
  • Provide technical support on construction sites for system definition and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Technical background and experience in the hydro-thermo-sanitary and Indoor Climate sectors
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Indoor Climate systems
  • Customer orientation towards retailers, installers, thermotechnicians, and architectural studios
  • Ability to work towards qualitative and quantitative objectives
  • Strong information gathering and research skills to support product development
  • Ability to develop professional contacts and build relationships with market actors
