Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold-calling
• Achieve sales goals and meet established targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to successfully close deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven negotiation and closing skills
• Experience or exposure to CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
