About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and assist smooth onboarding of clients
- Manage end-to-end funnel for new merchant acquisition and upselling products to existing clients
- Pitch and demonstrate features and benefits of Open PG product
- Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitive offerings
- Identify merchant pain points and communicate features to fulfill expectations
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive client engagement and adoption
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the Payment Gateway & APIs industry
- Product-focused sales aptitude or experience
- Experience in the Fintech or Banking industry is a plus
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter and multitasker capable of adjusting priorities quickly
