About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and assist smooth onboarding of clients
  • Manage end-to-end funnel for new merchant acquisition and upselling products to existing clients
  • Pitch and demonstrate features and benefits of Open PG product
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitive offerings
  • Identify merchant pain points and communicate features to fulfill expectations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive client engagement and adoption
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the Payment Gateway & APIs industry
  • Product-focused sales aptitude or experience
  • Experience in the Fintech or Banking industry is a plus
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work with multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Self-starter and multitasker capable of adjusting priorities quickly
