Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance business growth and achieve organizational goals in the Forex market.
• Identify, establish, and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Explore new business opportunities and markets to increase market share in the Forex sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within the Forex or financial services industry.
• In-depth understanding of the Forex market and its trends, particularly within Cyprus or similar markets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable growth strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
