About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by targeting clients in the US market
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying and scoping to demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
- Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SME segments
- Analyze customer business needs and technical requirements to position appropriate offerings
- Develop and implement client acquisition strategies, market mapping, and analytics
- Work closely with the Operations and Inside Sales teams to drive solution designs and maintain lead pipelines
- Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with current and potential clients
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Sales
- B.E., B.Tech, or MBA qualification
- Proven track record in direct selling and new client acquisition
- Experience in B2B solution selling within Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, or Retail domains
- Strong ability to present, create ROI plans, and influence clients
- Willingness to travel onsite
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience handling RFPs and creating detailed proposals
- Strong understanding of technology and software solution sales
