About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by targeting clients in the US market
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying and scoping to demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
  • Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SME segments
  • Analyze customer business needs and technical requirements to position appropriate offerings
  • Develop and implement client acquisition strategies, market mapping, and analytics
  • Work closely with the Operations and Inside Sales teams to drive solution designs and maintain lead pipelines
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with current and potential clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Sales
  • B.E., B.Tech, or MBA qualification
  • Proven track record in direct selling and new client acquisition
  • Experience in B2B solution selling within Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, or Retail domains
  • Strong ability to present, create ROI plans, and influence clients
  • Willingness to travel onsite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience handling RFPs and creating detailed proposals
  • Strong understanding of technology and software solution sales
