Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies for the Managed Services sector
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Conduct market analysis and identify trends to keep the company competitive and innovative
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, reports, and presentations for prospective and current clients
• Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends
• Represent Müller's Solutions at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development or account management
• Experience in the IT or Managed Services industry preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
