About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory for the MuleSoft portfolio
- Lead sales strategies by balancing new logo acquisition with add-on sales
- Manage and grow customer network relationships through empathy, listening, and trust
- Drive the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and signing
- Analyze industry trends, competition, and client challenges to provide insight-driven solutions
- Collaborate with the global sales team to reach defined targets and strategic priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and territory management
- Strong expertise in client relationship management and building buying networks
- Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and closing complex deals
- Deep market insight analysis skills to understand client industry contexts and challenges
- Experience working with SaaS solutions or integration technologies like MuleSoft
