About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis and interpretation of international market data to identify new opportunities and profitability strategies
- Prepare detailed analysis of Nielsen and 3rd party data for trends and insights
- Monitor monthly volume, sales by SKU, and regional performance against budget
- Manage depletion, shipment, and inventory analysis by country
- Generate sales forecasts in collaboration with country management teams
- Review monthly financial and sales reports to identify efficiency improvements
- Evaluate pricing based on competition, gross margin, and Price to Consumer (PTC)
- Review P&L elements and offer proactive solutions
- Establish best practices and standardized analysis processes
- Determine regional scorecards and monitor country objectives and margins
- Identify and propose new product technology or SKU opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business analytics or business development
- 3-5 years of experience managing direct reports
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with business management tools such as Python
