Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities within the Czech mid-market and SME segments
- Execute a high-velocity outbound sales strategy using cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and go-live support
- Present the technical and commercial value of Mollie’s omnichannel offering and API integration
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Partner Managers to deliver tailored pitches
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline to ensure data accuracy and transparent pipeline forecasting
Requirements
- Native fluency in Czech and strong professional English
- 3 to 5 years of commercial sales experience in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
- Self-motivated "hunter" mindset with a focus on outbound prospection
- Deep understanding of the Czech e-commerce ecosystem and local payment trends
- Ability to articulate technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and IT managers
- Experience using Salesforce or HubSpot
