Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and close new business opportunities within the Czech mid-market and SME segments
  • Execute a high-velocity outbound sales strategy using cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and go-live support
  • Present the technical and commercial value of Mollie’s omnichannel offering and API integration
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Partner Managers to deliver tailored pitches
  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline to ensure data accuracy and transparent pipeline forecasting

Requirements

  • Native fluency in Czech and strong professional English
  • 3 to 5 years of commercial sales experience in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
  • Self-motivated "hunter" mindset with a focus on outbound prospection
  • Deep understanding of the Czech e-commerce ecosystem and local payment trends
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and IT managers
  • Experience using Salesforce or HubSpot
