Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities within the Romanian SME and mid-market segments
- Build and maintain a robust outbound pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking
- Pitch Mollie’s localised value proposition, focusing on easy integration and superior checkout experiences
- Negotiate and close complex deals, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to go-live
- Provide local market insights to Product and Marketing teams
- Maintain meticulous CRM records in Hubspot for accurate forecasting
Requirements
- 5-7 years of B2B Sales experience, ideally in E-commerce, Tech, or Retail
- Professional fluency in Romanian and English
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in B2B SaaS or fintech sales
- Deep knowledge of the Romanian e-commerce ecosystem and local payment preferences
- Self-starter "hunter" mentality with territory-building experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for C-suite stakeholders
- Strong technical aptitude to explain payment integrations and API benefits
