About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business across brands, agencies, and strategic partners by identifying, pitching, and closing high-value opportunities
  • Build and grow long-term relationships with brand decision-makers and marketing leaders
  • Own the full commercial cycle, including prospecting, solutioning, proposal development, and negotiation
  • Develop tailored partnership strategies across influencer marketing, creator collaborations, and affiliate campaigns
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Translate client goals into clear campaign recommendations tied to awareness, engagement, and revenue outcomes
  • Partner with strategy, creator partnerships, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Use market trends and audience data to shape scalable growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within digital marketing, SaaS, adtech, or influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of winning new business and growing client portfolios
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex deals and manage senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including creators, social platforms, and performance marketing models
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in the creator economy, affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships
  • Exposure to performance-based campaign models such as CPA, pay-per-post, or pay-per-reach
  • Experience working in high-growth or international digital businesses
