Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account-based strategies for large OEM, Hyperscale, ODM, or channel data center clients
• Collaborate with sales and product management teams to support existing client engagements
• Understand future client needs and technical directions to present compelling product value propositions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through strategic account management
• Drive business plans with an aggressive focus on winning design opportunities
• Work jointly with architecture teams to align technical solutions with client requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or equivalent technical experience
• 12.5+ years of Semiconductor Product Marketing experience
• Proven experience in storage solutions marketing
• Technical expertise with SAS, SATA, PCIe, NVMe, RAID, and CXL memory technologies
• Experience working directly with data center, server, or storage customers
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence key decision makers
• Ability to travel within the APAC region (25% - 50%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent business education
• Experience with device drivers and embedded firmware
• Deep familiarity with evolving data center architectures and industry trends
