About the role

Responsibilities

  • Explore and expand into new markets to create a competitive position for existing solutions
  • Drive profitable growth of strategic and direct end-user accounts through proactive business development
  • Manage an active sales pipeline, specifically targeting transport fleets and national accounts
  • Qualify potential deals by analyzing market strategies, customer requirements, and financial viability
  • Source and engage potential partners and customers through targeted outreach and relationship building
  • Close new business by negotiating contracts and ensuring operational integration
  • Lead and guide Account Managers on new opportunities to ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to capture customer data, update pipeline activity, and produce commercial reports

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience and strong customer management skills
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and make commercial recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel approximately 6–8 days per month and manage an autonomous schedule
  • Must be authorized to work in Australia
