Business Development Manager - MICE

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and manage accounts within the conference, events, and functions sector
• Actively promote the area as a destination to boost business for conference, events, and room nights
• Proactively acquire new conference and events business
• Promote and sell hotel products and services, including Food and Beverage
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to establish effective systems for managing new business
• Maximize long-term returns from both new and existing accounts
• Partner with operational departments to ensure outstanding customer service and repeat business
• Work with the Marketing team to achieve strategic goals
