About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new brokerage partners in key markets
- Organize and execute broker meetings, events, roadshows, and training sessions
- Track partner performance and implement structured incentive programs
- Serve as the primary liaison between brokers and internal sales/marketing teams
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and finance to streamline partner communication and payouts
- Promote usage of broker portals, CRM access, and digital tools
- Ensure all broker registrations, NDAs, and agreements are current and documented
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development
- Strong network within the Dubai broker community
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
