Mekr is a tech-first digital manufacturing platform enabling end-to-end electronic product manufacturing. We provide integrated manufacturing solutions across PCBA, plastics, metal fabrication, sourcing, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities within electronics, electrical, and consumer appliances sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sourcing teams, and procurement heads
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, and industry events
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term business partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal sourcing, production, and quality teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Key Account Management
  • Proven success in acquiring new clients and generating revenue
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, electronics, electrical products, OEM/ODM, or EMS
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), PCBA, or Contract Manufacturing
  • Exposure to large retail buyers or global procurement teams
  • Experience handling enterprise clients and key accounts
  • Existing network within manufacturing, sourcing, or procurement ecosystems
  • Understanding of supply chain and contract manufacturing processes
