Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies within India and regional markets to meet growth targets
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using data and market trends
• Partner with Chambers of Commerce, industry bodies, and diplomatic entities to enhance brand visibility
• Establish alliances with insurance brokers, channel partners, and third-party consultants
• Oversee a portfolio of corporate clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service delivery
• Deliver clinical and utilization reports to demonstrate ROI to clients
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure high-quality care outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management
• Experience within the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) or wellbeing services sector
• Demonstrated ability to work with high-level organizations such as chambers of commerce or embassies
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
