Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the local Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to scale market share in Singapore's EAP and corporate wellness sector
• Prospect and close high-value EAP contracts with MNCs, Large Local Enterprises, and Government-Linked Companies
• Act as a consultative advisor to C-suite executives, focusing on clinical outcomes and ROI for mental health investments
• Establish and expand strategic alliances with top-tier employee benefits brokers and local health insurance intermediaries
• Drive adoption of scalable wellbeing packages for the SME and retail sectors
• Represent Lyra at premier industry events and ensure alignment with local mental health regulatory directives

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience in Singapore
• Deep understanding of the Employee Benefits, Healthcare, HR Tech, or EAP ecosystem
• Existing, warm relationships with key employee benefits consultants and insurance brokers in the region
• Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle enterprise sales processes and negotiate high-value contracts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling a tech-enabled healthcare or wellness platform in a new market
• Familiarity with Singapore PDPA and regional data privacy regulations regarding healthcare data
