About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales initiatives from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets using AWS-centric solutions
  • Identify and address client needs within the Indian BFSI sector
  • Leverage the AWS Partner network to position and sell cloud-based solutions
  • Collaborate with AWS teams to design tailored solutions for clients
  • Focus on net-new business opportunities and market research
  • Promote AWS-based data and analytics solutions through consultative selling

Requirements

  • 7 to 12 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets using AWS solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS services including analytics, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of the AWS Partner ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience selling to Indian BFSI clients is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with technology-driven solutions for BFSI clients
  • Familiarity with market trends and challenges in the BFSI sector
