About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across warehousing and distribution services
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients within target markets
  • Conduct needs analysis of client supply chains and propose suitable 3PL solutions
  • Provide presales consultation on technical and operational logistics requirements
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality commercial and technical proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company objectives
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and senior management to ensure solution feasibility
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in business development or sales within the 3PL / contract logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and supply chain operations
  • Proven track record in contract logistics sales within B2B sectors (e.g., metals, FMCG, oil & gas, or retail)
  • Experience preparing and presenting commercial and technical proposals to corporate clients
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong command of English; additional regional languages are an advantage
