About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and sign new business opportunities for industrial gases and equipment through technical and consultative sales.
- Drive growth across diverse industries including electronics, steel, glass, aerospace, automotive, and environmental applications.
- Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts through prospecting, lead generation, market strategy, and proposal creation.
- Analyze market trends, regional economic activities, and competitor movements to execute growth campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, industry consultants, and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, applications, and customer service to leverage technical resources and achieve targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- 5+ years of technical sales experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the industrial gases sector or a highly relevant industry.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong technical and engineering understanding combined with commercial business skills.
