About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage B2B sales with a primary focus on fintech companies within the MENA region.
  • Create, own, and execute strategic partnership approaches to unlock and elevate business relationships.
  • Achieve quarterly GMV and merchant acquisition targets.
  • Analyze fintech ecosystem data and market trends to create persuasive partnership presentations.
  • Build and maintain best-in-class partnerships across the services industry.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and stock departments to fulfill strategic company goals.
  • Represent the company at virtual and live conferences and industry events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or fintech.
  • Proven track record in fintech industry relations within the MENA region.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret market trends and set goals.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with both local Middle Eastern and global teams.
