About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and expand B2B sales across all categories by identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop, own, and execute business development strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong strategic partnerships and client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and present regular progress reports to senior management.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts.
- Lead and support day-to-day activities of the Business Development and Account Management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Chinese nationality.
- Strong understanding of fintech, digital payments, and technology trends.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and building commercial partnerships.
- Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and analytical skills.
