About the role

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and identify new customers within the automotive plastics industry
  • Generate and close new business opportunities aligned with company capabilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive market growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in procurement, operations, and leadership
  • Lead negotiations and develop tailored commercial proposals for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure technical feasibility
  • Manage a sales pipeline with a strong focus on aggressive targets and results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of account generation and closing high-value deals
  • Deep knowledge of automotive plastics processes and commercial dynamics
  • Advanced English fluency (mandatory)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Highly proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes
  • Experience with decorative painting processes
