Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and identify new customers within the automotive plastics industry

- Lead negotiations and develop tailored commercial proposals for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the automotive industry
- Proven track record of account generation and closing high-value deals
- Deep knowledge of automotive plastics processes and commercial dynamics
- Advanced English fluency (mandatory)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Highly proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
