About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for retail technology solutions including POS, WMS, OMS, ERP, and Omnichannel platforms
  • Acquire new clients across retail, wholesale, pharmacies, beauty, fashion, supermarkets, and multi-branch chains
  • Lead discovery meetings and present integrated retail solutions based on business value and ROI
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
  • Collaborate with presales teams on demos, proposals, and solution design
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasts, and reporting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • SaaS or Retail Tech experience preferred
  • Understanding of retail operations and supply chain workflows
  • Familiarity with POS, WMS, OMS, or enterprise systems
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and discipline
