About the role

Responsibilities

  • Source leads through various channels and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to launch
  • Build and nurture relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff
  • Analyze lead generation and sales performance data to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth partner transitions
  • Manage closed accounts by driving platform adoption and identifying growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Relevant business degree
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Strong network of decision makers in F&B and hospitality sectors
  • Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building
  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive sales results
  • Skills in lead generation, negotiation, and sales pipeline management
