About the role

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing network of table-service restaurants to generate and close new leads
  • Onboard new restaurant partners to the platform to expand the user base
  • Source leads through various channels, identify decision-makers, and manage the full sales cycle
  • Build and nurture relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff
  • Analyze lead generation and sales performance data to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth partner experience
  • Manage closed accounts by driving platform adoption and promoting new features

Requirements

  • Relevant business degree
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Understanding of payment terminals business
  • Strong network of decision makers in the F&B and hospitality sectors
  • Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building
  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive sales results
