About the role
Responsibilities
- Leverage existing network of table-service restaurants to generate and close new leads
- Onboard new restaurant partners to the platform to expand the user base
- Source leads through various channels, identify decision-makers, and manage the full sales cycle
- Build and nurture relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff
- Analyze lead generation and sales performance data to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth partner experience
- Manage closed accounts by driving platform adoption and promoting new features
Requirements
- Relevant business degree
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Understanding of payment terminals business
- Strong network of decision makers in the F&B and hospitality sectors
- Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building
- Experience in sales or account management
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation
- Experience using data and analytics to drive sales results
