Requirements
- 5–7+ years in business development or sales
- Experience at a media, creative, or tech agency
- Strong portfolio of previous clients or accounts managed
- Proven ability to hit revenue goals
- Sharp communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Experience preparing and delivering custom sales presentations
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales funnels, and reporting
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset
