Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in business development or sales
  • Experience at a media, creative, or tech agency
  • Strong portfolio of previous clients or accounts managed
  • Proven ability to hit revenue goals
  • Sharp communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • Experience preparing and delivering custom sales presentations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales funnels, and reporting
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset
