Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new IVIG referring providers in neurology, immunology, and oncology
• Expand existing IVIG accounts and develop new ones in designated territories
• Implement selling motions tailored to IVIG therapies and product-specific initiatives
• Collaborate with Prior Authorization, Intake, Clinical, and Operations teams
• Partner with pharma partners such as Octapharma and Takeda
• Utilize CRM systems to track referral activity and sales performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales, preferably in IVIG or infusion therapies
• Strong understanding of the IG market, including Part B and Part D dynamics
• Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and driving therapy-specific growth
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven sales reporting
