Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand referral relationships within the assigned territory by identifying new provider opportunities
• Conduct targeted outreach to physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• Plan and execute structured territory activities including provider visits and outreach scheduling
• Build and maintain professional relationships with nurses, practice administrators, and referral coordinators
• Serve as a liaison between referring providers and IVX operational teams
• Document referral activity and provider engagement within CRM systems
• Monitor referral trends and local market activity
• Ensure all activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales or business development
• Experience working directly with physicians, nurses, or clinical staff
• Knowledge of healthcare referral processes and payer authorization requirements
• Proven ability to develop new provider relationships and strengthen existing accounts
