Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across algorithmic trading services, proprietary trading technology, and infrastructure solutions
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, exchanges, institutional clients, and fintech partners
• Understand the landscape of HFT, algo trading regulations, and trading infrastructure in India and globally
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and strategic insights
• Collaborate with internal teams including Tech, Product, Legal, and Operations
• Represent iRage at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Track and report on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and business KPIs
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships in fintech, capital markets, or trading technology
• Deep understanding of trading ecosystems, financial instruments, and regulatory environments like SEBI
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data
• Self-driven and goal-oriented personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with algo trading desks, brokers, or exchanges
• Knowledge of APIs, FIX protocols, low-latency networks, or co-location
• MBA or postgraduate degree in finance, engineering, economics, or business
