Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive business development for healthcare events, contracted sales, and patient support programs by designing tailored, value-driven solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across marketing, medical, patient services, and commercial leadership
• Own and expand existing business through contract renewals, multi-year agreements, and upselling additional services
• Lead solution shaping and proposal development to translate client requirements into commercially viable and compliant proposals
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of PSP initiatives and sales programs
• Monitor program performance and client satisfaction to ensure long-term loyalty and proactive issue resolution
• Identify cross-sell opportunities by continuously assessing evolving client needs and market trends

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Patient Support Programs (PSPs) within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Medical or healthcare-related educational background (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Public Health)
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Proven experience working with pharmaceutical, healthcare, and institutional stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to develop, sell, and manage complex healthcare solutions and patient journeys
