Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets
• Identify and approach potential clients in need of business advisory, corporate, or professional services
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Work closely with consulting teams to align service solutions with specific client needs
• Prepare professional proposals, pitch presentations, and tailored solutions for prospective clients
• Lead sales meetings, client negotiations, and post-sales follow-ups
• Track performance using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
• Represent the company at industry events, networking platforms, and client meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA is preferred
• 4–7 years of experience in sales or business development
• Background in consulting, corporate services, or B2B professional services
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate client needs into service offerings
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
